Lauren specializes in increasing mobility in the physical body to create massive change in the energy body. She uses a combination of vinyasa (power), restorative, sculpt, guided meditation, and pranayama (breath work) along to curated auditory experiences for each session.

Classes are designed based off of your individual (or group) needs and goals. Classes are grounding, yet playful and is great for all ages and levels of experience.
